She regularly instructs Barristers at the Upper Tribunal, High Court, Court of Appeal and the UK Supreme Court. Recently one of the firm's case was selected by the Court of Appeal as a test case and the appeal was decided in favour of the client. The Firm has been instructed recently in the matter before the UK Supreme Court and a decision is awaited.
